Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Streaka. By registering an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Streaka ("we", "us", "Streaka") governing your access to and use of the Streaka platform at streaka.co and its subdomains.

If you are using Streaka on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use Streaka.
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering.
You may not use Streaka if you are prohibited from doing so by applicable law.
Streaka reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
You may not create multiple accounts for the purpose of evading restrictions or gaining unfair advantage.

4. Creator Rules

As a creator using Streaka to run feedback campaigns, you agree to:

Only submit content that you own or have the right to share for review.
Not submit content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or violates third-party intellectual property rights.
Not attempt to use Streaka to manipulate platform algorithms in ways that violate the terms of those platforms (e.g., buying views, generating fake engagement).
Fund your campaigns adequately before launching. Campaign funds are reserved from your wallet on launch.
Accept that reviewer feedback is the genuine opinion of real users and cannot be altered or suppressed.

5. Reviewer Rules

As a reviewer (earner) on Streaka, you agree to:

Submit only honest, genuine feedback based on your real experience of the content.
Not use automation, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to complete tasks.
Not create multiple accounts to earn additional income from the same tasks.
Meet minimum watch time requirements before submitting a review.
Accept that low-quality, fraudulent, or policy-violating submissions will be rejected without payment.

6. Payments & Wallet

Creator campaign budgets are deposited into and reserved from your Streaka wallet. Deposits are processed by Flutterwave.
Reviewer earnings are credited to your Streaka wallet after submission approval.
Withdrawals are subject to processing by our payment provider and may take 1–3 business days.
Streaka charges platform fees on creator deposits and may charge processing fees on withdrawals. All fees are disclosed before confirmation.
We reserve the right to withhold earnings pending fraud investigation or policy violation review.
Disputed transactions must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

Use Streaka for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the platform
Submit malware, phishing links, or harmful content
Harass, threaten, or abuse other users
Engage in coordinated inauthentic behaviour
Attempt to manipulate the platform's fraud detection systems

8. Intellectual Property

Streaka and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Streaka and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By submitting content to Streaka (campaign materials, review responses), you grant Streaka a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, store, and display that content for the purposes of operating the platform. You retain ownership of your content.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or other conduct we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, your wallet balance will be disbursed (minus any deductions for policy violations) within 30 days.

10. Disclaimers

Streaka is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific earnings or campaign results will be achieved.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Streaka shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the greater of $100 or the total amount you paid to Streaka in the past 12 months.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of the jurisdiction where Streaka is incorporated, as applicable.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-platform notification. Continued use of Streaka after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
