Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs what you may and may not do on the Streaka platform. It applies to all users — creators, reviewers, and anyone accessing Streaka.
1. Purpose
Streaka exists to help creators get genuine audience feedback and help reviewers earn fairly. This policy protects the integrity of the platform for everyone. Violations may result in suspension, termination, forfeiture of earnings, or legal action.
2. Prohibited Content
You must not submit, upload, or share any content that:
- Is illegal in any applicable jurisdiction
- Contains or promotes child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This will result in immediate account termination and referral to law enforcement
- Promotes terrorism, violence, or harm to individuals or groups
- Is defamatory, harassing, or targeted abuse against identifiable individuals
- Contains malware, viruses, or malicious code
- Includes phishing attempts or fraudulent materials
- Violates the intellectual property rights of others without authorisation
- Contains explicit adult content unless the campaign is specifically designated for age-appropriate platforms and verified-adult audiences (coming in a future policy update)
- Is misleading, deceptive, or designed to manipulate reviewers into false responses
3. Prohibited Behaviour: All Users
You must not:
- Use automation, bots, scripts, or any non-human tools to interact with the platform
- Create or operate multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, suspensions, or to gain financial advantage
- Attempt to compromise platform security, including testing vulnerabilities without written permission
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from Streaka without express written authorisation
- Interfere with the normal operation of the platform or other users' experience
- Impersonate Streaka staff, other users, or any other entity
- Engage in coordinated inauthentic behaviour with other users
- Use Streaka to circumvent sanctions, embargoes, or other legally imposed restrictions
4. Prohibited Behaviour: Creators
Creators must not:
- Use Streaka to generate fake engagement, views, or followers on external platforms
- Submit campaigns designed to collect data about reviewers for purposes other than the stated campaign
- Attempt to identify individual reviewers using their feedback responses
- Use campaign responses to build mailing lists or target reviewers outside of the platform
- Launch campaigns with the intent to waste reviewer time without genuine feedback intent
5. Prohibited Behaviour: Reviewers
Reviewers must not:
- Submit reviews without genuinely engaging with the campaign content
- Complete reviews faster than the minimum required watch time
- Submit copy-pasted, random, or nonsensical text responses
- Share or sell task access or campaign content with other users
- Coordinate with other reviewers to submit uniform or fake responses
- Claim earnings they have not legitimately earned
6. Reporting Violations
If you see content or behaviour that violates this policy, please report it immediately:
- Use the "Report" button within the platform where available
- Email: safety@streaka.co
- For urgent safety issues: we aim to respond within 4 hours
7. Consequences of Violations
Depending on the severity of the violation, Streaka may:
- Issue a formal warning
- Remove the violating content or campaign
- Suspend access to specific features
- Permanently suspend or terminate the account
- Withhold or forfeit pending earnings
- Report the violation to law enforcement
We reserve the right to make enforcement decisions at our sole discretion. Users who believe a decision was made in error may appeal via our contact form.
8. Changes
We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of Streaka following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
