What We're Looking For
- 1+ years in technical support or IT helpdesk
- Strong written communication and patience
- Ability to debug basic web issues (browser console, network errors)
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (Zendesk, Freshdesk)
- Fast learner comfortable in fast-paced environments
